Yogurt parfait

Hello All,

Breakfast is the important meal of the day...and when you r working its very diffcult to spend time on breakfast in the mornings..So most of the times this is our simple and healthy breakfast at home..and my hubby just loves this.Here is the recipe


1 cup of yogurt/indian curd
half banana -> cut into pieces
oats -> spoonful
blueberries-> fistful
dates-> 2 large dates cut into pieces
walnuts -> few
honey-> 1-2 tablespoon

Just mix all the above ingredients and enjoy...You can change the ratio of these fruits and nuts as per your taste..Also you include your favorite fruit..:-) Enjoy
