Goduma dosa or Wheat dosa





This is one the easiest breakfast recipe that I can think of.This is kind of instant recipe and can be made very easily.It also tastes very good.During weekends when I dont have regular dosa batter(urad dal dosa) ready, then I prefer doing this wheat dosa or rava dosa

Preparation time:10 min

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour : 1 cup
ginger : grated
salt to taste
water : 2 cups
butter milk : half cup(optional)
green chillies : 2 to 3

Preparation Method:

1)Mix all the above ingredients and make sure there are no lumps
2)Heat tawa and take a ladleful of batter and spread like regular dosa
3)You can turn the other side once it is cooked
4)This goes well with any chutney

peas pulav

Amrutha Vilas ki mee andariki swaagatham suswaagatham...
ee roju nenu meeku peas pulav ela cheyaalo nerpistaanu..ok na..r u ready...actual ga ivaala dinner ki em cheyaala ani aalochistunte...appudu gurthuku vacchindhi intlo emi levu ani...not even onions...freezer lo peas packet meeda kannupadindhi...pakkana maa aayana bakra..so inkemundhi...naa prayogham modaletta..result ee ee peas pulav..maa aayana lottalesukuntu tinnaru....Here goes the recipe

Prep & cooking time:30min
serves:4 to 5



Ingredients:
2 cups Basmathi rice(soak for 30 min)
1 cup peas soaked overnight or frozen peas soaked in hot water for 10min
1/2 tbsp oil,1/2 tbsp ghee
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
masala dinusulu(4 cloves, 2 elachi, bay leaf, 1 cinammon)
1tbsp jeera
2-3 green chillies
Almonds & cashew(optional)

1)Heat oil & ghee in a vessel
2)add spices, jeera, green chillies.Saute for a min and then you can add peas & saute for 2-3 mins.Then add ginger & garlic paste and saute for 2 min.You can close the lid for some time
3)add the soaked Basmathi rice in the mix and saute for 5 min.Add 4 cups of water(less than 4 cups f water)  and bring it to a boil.e.Add  salt according to tastReduce heat and cover with lid and cook till the rice is done
4)You can garnish with roasted cashew, almonds, corriander...
5)serve hot with raitha or any curry of your choice
